I spent quite long periods in my life begging for another person’s love. Of course you don’t expect me dressed in rugs, back bending downwards and palm open, mumbling “love, love, give me love, please, gentle sir, dear madam”… But, from a psychological point of view, it was the same , not to say even worse.
You see, in a situation like that, we act subconsciously, so we tend to be blind 😎, not being able to see what we are really doing : begging!

I’ve followed rituals in my everyday life lots of times. To me a ritual is not necessarily connected to a religion, as we usually have in mind. Most of them are done without even thinking of them.

I have always been grateful in my life.😍 It has been a trait of mine even at those years when I had not found out the spirituality of my human nature. Instinctively I was grateful for just sitting on the edge of a cliff feeling the sea under me, for instance. I was grateful even when disappointing situations came over me, although I used to feel sorrow for a very long time afterwards.
How much more easily ☀our lives would flow if we could just let go…!
We have the tendency to define ourselves out of relationships💑, professions and occupations, origins, styling modes and so on. We are Tony’s wife, Jonh’s girlfriend, Paul’s daughter… We are shopkeepers, doctors, house wives, Greek, urbans, casual, bohemian, chic and so on.
Temporary labels that may have the feeling of a burden😓 on ourselves.
Labels that in some cases may not serve or express 😐 us anymore. Continue reading
