Good idea. Depends on price each week for me. I am on the lowest wage in the land yet my physical health and fitness is rude for my age. A mate of mine went into jail for something he did not do at 73. He was also on 20 grand a year and has the physical health and strength of a man in his 30’s. The authorities it seemed chirped up a druggie to kill Brian when he first got in jail… and Brian wiped the floor with a man nearly 50 years younger. Should have seen the very sheepish prosecutors (for about 5 minutes) at the next court session.
Moral of the story? Eat well with good friends. Don’t poison yourself with drugs, alcohol, or bad people if they don’t want help.
